Hyvinvointikeskus Koppi – website redesign

Making the right service and professional easier to find

Hyvinvointikeskus Koppi brings together professionals from several fields. The starting point for the website redesign was to make this wide range of services easy to understand: where clients can find help, who provides it and how to book an appointment.

We refreshed the site’s visual identity and built a service structure around clients’ needs. From the outset, the page structure was designed to support search engine optimisation and a smooth user experience. Clearly organised services and individual service URLs help search engines understand the content and clients find what they need.

We created individual profiles for professionals, bringing together their expertise, services, prices, locations and contact details. Service categories and filters help visitors find the right professional. Group exercise and blog content also received their own views.

Vello appointment booking was integrated into the site so visitors can start booking directly from a professional’s profile or a location page. For mobile use, we designed clear navigation that keeps key actions and appointment booking close at hand.

The redesign also extended to WordPress administration. We built a custom theme and editing views for managing professionals, price lists, locations and other content. Location details are managed in one place and updated across the site. Professionals can also update their own profiles with restricted access rights.

The project included the technical foundations of search visibility. The result is a website that supports Koppi’s work and serves both clients and the people updating its content.
