Annual report visual design and layout

The Tapojärvi annual report project covered visual design and layout, as well as preparing the materials for online and print publication. The design brought together a large volume of content, clear information graphics and a consistent visual identity.

We designed the visual identity and layout templates that formed the foundation for the report’s different sections. Text, images and infographics were brought together into a clear publication that helps readers navigate the content and understand the key points. A consistent layout tied the different types of content together.

Infographics illustrated the report’s data and highlighted essential information. Photo editing took account of visual consistency and the requirements of both online and print use. Illustrations and data visualisation gave the content rhythm and supported readability.

The work also included laying out the language versions within the same visual framework. Finally, the report was prepared for online and print use, taking account of the requirements of each format. The result was a consistent publication across languages and channels.
